Mrs. Freeland's class has been learning about the 3 regions in Utah--The Great Basin Region, the Colorado Plateau Region and the Rocky Mountain Region.

The students were able to show their knowledge by making a region map of Utah using graham crackers, frosting, air heads, marshmallows and chocolate chips.  It made for a good and delicious review of Utah's Regions!

Parents, Students and Friends –

COUNSELING CENTER:  GUEST SPEAKERS WANTED
The counselors would like our students to become more aware of the many career choices students have.  We are looking for people with interesting careers to come and share information about their career during our Pack-time from 9:35-10:05, Tuesday-Friday.  If you would be willing to share your experience with our students call or email Travis Palfreyman or any of the school counselors.

The SFJHS PE/Health department was not quite ready to let summer slip away without one last swim party.

Many students and their families came and enjoyed the Spanish Fork Pool on Friday September 1st. We’re happy so many people came out.  It’s great to be active!  And it’s so fun!

A big “Thank you!” to the all those who helped out in this activity-- especially Brad Graham and all the employees at the Spanish Fork Water Park.

If you think this should become a yearly tradition, like this post on our Facebook page.
