Drama Classes See Fiddler

Submitted by david.thacker on

Last Tuesday, November 15, Ms. Holley took students from her drama 1 classes and the Shakespeare team to Salem Hills’ production of Fiddler on the Roof. It was about two hours long and was very well done.

The bus ride over was filled with excitement. Everyone had paid to go and was missing classes that they had to make up to go. No one was there unwillingly. Once the students entered the auditorium Ammon Flint, a ninth grader on the field trip, started to bounce around in anticipation. He had told everyone that would listen to him, that his older brother was the lead in it. The musical started and everyone got comfortable and enjoyed. It was a wonderful experience for all the students. The play was very good and very much enjoyed.

If you didn’t get a chance to see SHHS’s production of this, then you missed out. Don’t forget to go to their upcoming plays and next years musical!
