Mrs. Gibson will be new to Spanish Fork Junior High next year and will be helping out in the counselors office. We asked Mrs. Gibson to introduce herself and this is what she had to say:

"I'm from Orem, Utah. I am a Golden Tiger from Orem High School. I received my Associate's and Bachelor's Degrees from Utah Valley University in Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis in Social Work. I am finishing up my Master's Degree in School Counseling at Utah State University and will be working with the counselors.

In my spare time, I love to play volleyball, tennis, and spend time with my kids and adorable husband. For Summer Break, we celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary, went on several trips with the kids, and barbecued up some delicious meals. The last book I read is The Book by Alan Watts. It's a book on Eastern Philosophy.  My favorite games are volleyball games! I started 16 years ago and have been playing ever since. I also love to play tennis games. My husband taught me how to play tennis 25 years ago and I have been playing ever since. My latest favorite find is my hammock. I hung it in our backyard tree and love to wake up and drink coffee and let the breeze gently rock me.

My husband has been working for Nebo School District for 17 years as a 6th Grade teacher. He is a great teacher and an amazing spouse. I have three entertaining, beautiful, brilliant, loving, and kind children and being a stay-at-home parent to them has been a passion of mine."
