Parents, Students and Friends

Thanks PTA
SFJHS has some amazing volunteers!  We want to thank the PTA and the wonderful parents that helped to feed our teachers and staff on a long day of Parent/Teacher conferences on Thurs. 12/4/14.  The teachers and staff enjoyed a warm and filling hot meal and we want to thank all of those involved in making that happen: Cassie Callister, Michelle Topham, JaLee Cheatham, Erin Muirbrook, Tiffany Beus, Deni Berger, Michelle Smith, Becky Pendleton, Annie Pierce, Kelly Cabreros, Daliny Jones, Elizabeth Jones, Trisha Flick, Angie Gorrell, Aileen Dafoe, Beth Graham, Christine Musick and Nicole Norris.

New Bike & Scooter Compound
We have a new, more secure area for bike and scooter storage. It is located on the south east corner of the building near the south front entrance. The area is fenced and will be locked each day soon after school starts and unlocked shortly before school is dismissed. We encourage students to store their bikes and scooters in this new more secure area.

Penny Wars
The Penny War between second period classes has begun! You are invited to participate in this great activity sponsored by NJHS. You can contribute checks, cash or silver change to your second period class and it counts for you - any pennies contributed by others to your class will count against you. Bring your pennies to slow other classes down by adding them to other jars. All funds raised through this event will be donated to the Nebo Credit Union - Warm the Souls campaign. The winning class will receive a fun prize so let’s get excited and keep contributing to an already super successful competition for charity.
