Applications are due by Monday, May 4. No exceptions! Questions? Contact Miss Dannelly jaimie.dannelly [at] nebo.edu (jaimie[dot]dannelly[at]nebo[dot]edu) or Mrs. Goates emily.goates [at] nebo.edu (emily[dot]goates[at]nebo[dot]edu)

DETERMINING FINAL TERM GRADES

Following Nebo School District directives, we will continue to be flexible and work with students. Secondary students (grades 7-12) can earn a regular letter grade, pass, or an incomplete grade for a chance to make up assignments by December 2020. There will be no new end-of-year assignments after May 15 for students. After this time, teachers will continue to provide learning, and students can complete missing assignments.

THE STARS ASSEMBLY WILL GO ON!

Hey everyone! It's that time of year that students show off their talents in the Stars Assembly! It'll be a bit different since we're all at home. If you'd like to audition, submissions open on Monday, April 27th and close May 8th. Submit your entry here https://forms.gle/7ySAXUiLdBVzXTWo9

These shouldn't be any longer than a 1:30, and your entry may be cut to fit the time. They also need to be good quality and make sure they're school appropriate. Please note that not all the entries may be used. The video will be released in the last week of school. This is a really fun event, and even though we aren't at school, we can still enjoy it!

YEARBOOKS

You can still purchase a yearbook by calling Mrs. Hall in the Finance Office and paying over the phone with a credit card.

LOCKER CLEANOUT

  • Students are assigned a time to come and clean out their hall and PE lockers.

    • Bring a bag or backpack to take home locker contents.

  • At this time they may return any non-essential learning materials, library books and teacher books.

    • Chromebooks, instruments and other essential learning items will NOT be returned at this time.

  • Students and parents will enter the building through the main entrance (northeast front doors).

  • Just inside the main door will be a drop-off for library books.

  • All English teachers will have a spot to drop off English classroom books in the North Hall. Students need to put their name on a sticky note and put the book in the appropriate teacher’s area on benches.

  • Students will need to clean all writing off their hall lockers and clean it completely out. There will be cleaner and garbage cans in each hall.

  • If students don’t have a PE locker, they are asked to leave the building through the southeast doors (by the bike racks). If students have a PE locker they can clean it out and exit through the west doors of the gym.

  • We are still following all CDC guidelines with social distancing and ask you to help by not congregating in the hall and exit the building as soon as you can.

  • You will receive more information on returning chromebooks, cords, and essential books and materials at a later date.
