Invitation to Participate in the Utah “Traveling to School” Survey

Mountainland Association of Governments (MAG) has asked SFJHS to make parents aware of the “Traveling to School” Survey. The purpose of this survey is to improve the transportation planning process through a better understanding of how students get to and from school. This brief survey should be filled out by parents. The main objective of the survey is to determine the distance traveled between home and school, as well as the mode of travel (walk, bike, carpool, school bus, etc.). This information is important in helping to make better decisions regarding future transportation investments. Please visit www.mountainland.org/traveltoschoolsurvey to complete the survey. Individual survey responses will be combined with all other responses and will remain completely confidential. For questions, please contact Callie New at 801-363-4250 ext. 1107 or callie [at] wfrc.org (callie[at]wfrc[dot]org) For more information about MAG, please visit our website at www.mountainland.org
