Parents, Students and Friends –

 Utah Scholars Program

On Tuesday, April 25, all 8th graders were presented the Utah Scholars program, an initiative to introduce all Utah students grades 8-12 with ideas and information to best prepare them for college.  Please take a moment to talk with your student about what they learned. Students were given the chance to look at the website but please go to www.utahscholars.org to finish signing up if they haven't already, and they will receive additional information about college, what they should be doing in each grade to prepare, scholarships information, and more. There is also a parent newsletter you can sign up for - Follow them on Instagram @StepUpUtah as well!

 Annual Spring Hike

All students are invited to participate in the annual spring hike on Thursday, May 18th.  We will be hiking the switchback trail in Woodland Hills - This hike is about a 3 mile hike round-trip.  There is a $5 fee to help pay for the bus that can be paid to Mrs. Hall in the front office.  Please come and sign up with Coach Johnson today!
