Parents, Students and Friends –

 Parent/Teacher Conferences - TODAY

P/T Conferences will be held this afternoon, from 2:00 – 7:00p.m.  This is a great time to visit with teachers and discuss how your student is doing in class. Please be aware that teachers will take a dinner break in two groups at 5:00 and 5:30p.m.  In order to avoid longer wait times or miss a teacher entirely it is advisable to adjust your plans around the dinner hour.  Teachers will be in the cafeteria - as you come in, please stop at the counseling table to pick up a copy of your student's midterm grade report.  The counseling table will be set up at the main entrance of the school, outside of the main office.

 Lobos in Action

Wow - our own Sterling Brinkerhoff finished 2nd place in the Junior Division at the Giant Pumpkin Weigh-off last weekend at Thanksgiving Point with his FFA Summer Ag Project.  At 515 lbs. his pumpkin weighed more than many adult entries at the event and beat growers that have been trying for years to break the 500 pound barrier. “Weigh” to go Sterling!
