The Spanish Fork Lobos’ were howling after last night’s win over the Knights of Springville Junior High.  In front of a white-out crowd, the boys’ team defeated SVJH 81-71.  According to Coach Johnson, the boys play with skill and heart.  Here is his report.

“The boys’ basketball team came into Thursday's game with a 3 and 0 record, and looked to remain undefeated against a good and also undefeated Springville team.”

“Spanish Fork jumped out to a quick lead and never looked back.  Although Springville made many runs to get back at Spanish Fork, the Lobos were too tough to take down.”

“The final score of the game ended up 81 to 71.  This gives Spanish Fork an impressive 4 and 0 start to the season.”

“Everyone that started and that came off of the bench contributed. It was a solid all around team victory.  I am very happy with how our team played. I can see them working so hard and having fun; it is fun to be a part of this team.”

Will the boys remain undefeated?  Come to the next game and find out.  They take on the Panthers of Mt. Nebo Junior High on Monday, December 7th at Mt. Nebo.
