With recent support shown by SFHS and SFJHS, the Spanish Fork - Nebo Warriors Lacrosse club teams have begun practicing for their final season of HS club lacrosse. The Warriors have built a legacy of lacrosse in the area offering kindergarten - 8th grade teams in the youth program, and a 9th through 12th grade HS.

The Warriors began playing in 2011 on the SFHS field where they won the D2 championship. In 2019 the Warriors placed 9th out of 46 teams in Utah. They were ready for a strong season until Nebo did not sanction and most of the Warriors seniors transferred to nearby Timpview and Provo High Schools. The rest of the players, who did not transfer, banded together and began the final year of an amazing Warriors High School Lacrosse team in what will become a special season. The Warriors are a family of players that represent one team created by players from all 5 Nebo high schools --including ALA.  It proves that rivals can come together in successful ways.

This youth program has continued to grow for the past few years and feeds into the high school teams.  They hope to introduce Nebo students to the fastest sport on two feet.  The team will acquaint the district with this amazing sport.  We look forward to the day when Lacrosse is introduced to our Nebo High Schools.
