Hello! My name is Yemina Geroli, and I am thrilled to be joining the Lobos this year as a new 8th Grade Science teacher! Let me tell you a bit about me, I grew up in Mendoza, Argentina I lived there until I was about nine years old, and then we moved here. I am the youngest of five children. I graduated from UVU with a bachelor in science education, and previously taught at Mapleton Junior High.

One of the things I love to do most is go out into nature. One of our biggest family traditions is to go camping as many times as possible during the summer, and go and visit as many new places as we can. I discovered hammock camping last year and have been in love with it since! I love spending time with my friends and going on as many adventures with them as possible, snowboarding, camping, traveling.

I love reading, my favorite book series is the Goddess Test, I like to draw, watch movies, all-time favorite Harry Potter, and The Lord of the Rings/Hobbit movies. I have a huge love for turtles because I think they are amazing animals. I have a huge turtle collection, and I also have a real turtle, his name is Sheldon and he is adorable!!

I am super excited to start teaching at Spanish Fork Junior, and can’t wait to get to know all of you soon!
