Hello! My name is Ms. Eyre, and I am thrilled to be teaching choir at SFJHS! I love choir, and I love teaching. I’ve wanted to be a choir teacher since I was in 7th grade. To be here is a dream come true!

I grew up in Orem, Utah and earned my degree at Brigham Young University. I’ve sung in about 15 choirs over the years and am currently singing with the Cantorum Chamber Choir. Come by my classroom to see when we’re performing!

When I’m not teaching or rehearsing, you can usually find me at Chick-fil-A, watching scary movies, or visiting a pet store. I also love traveling. I’ve recently visited London, Nashville, and Mount Rushmore. And if I’m not doing any of those things, you can usually find me reading one of my favorite books: The Little Prince by Antoine de Exupery, The Book Thief  by Markus Zusak, To Kill a Mockingbird  by Harper Lee, or The Help by Kathryn Stockett.

I’m so excited for the music we’ll make together at SFJHS and look forward to all of the discoveries we’ll make along the way!
