Mr. Fleming is the leader of our “pack.”  This reporter was able to interview him about our school and ways education can help students.

Mr. Fleming wanted all of the students to, “Be grateful for your teachers and trust them.” He said that students should thank them frequently for all that they do for them, that students should try to get the most out of their classes.  They will be grateful for it in the end. When he was a teacher it felt really good for a student to come up to him and thank him for the job he was doing.

The principal's only concern with this school is that, “Kids are worrying too much about what others think of them.” He says to just be yourself and be confident. He also said to stay away from anyone that is a bully. He thinks that we can improve by including others, rather than excluding them. He said, “Don't be afraid to be nice.” This is a great message that can really help not only yourself but others too.

Mr. Fleming thinks this school is doing a great job with, “Backing the Pack” and he has seen a lot of students supporting each other and serving. He said that many students helped set up the Veteran's Day assembly and it really helped. He was very impressed with how many people dressed up and was thankful for how much respect everyone showed.

These messages from Mr. Fleming are important for all of us.  They can really help us. If you might be struggling with some of these things, please try and do better. Thank you so much for making this school a better place!
