Our faculty teacher of the month for September was Mr. Millman.  He was nominated by his fellow staff members to be awarded this great honor.  Here is one nomination that was sent in for him.

“Dave is a genuine down to Earth good guy.  Students like him and learn art, but just as important he is a humble friend to any of his colleagues and fellow teachers.”--Mr. Bass

Mr. Millman’s favorite kind of food is rare steak.  Aqua marine blue is his favorite color and he has been teaching art here at Spanish Fork Junior High for five years.  He has always liked art and his favorite painter is his brother.  Saving Private Ryan is his favorite movie and House is his favorite TV show.  Carson High in Carson City, Nevada is where he went to high school.  He later went to college at Brigham Young University.

Here is a quote that was written by Mr. Millman,

“A man with all truths and facts to set us free . . . is not a politician or a talk show host. . . he is called Jesus” – David Millman.

If Mr. Millman were to choose between Mayonnaise and Miracle Whip he would go with, quote, “Mayo, of course! What world are you from?”

Thank you Mr. Millman for being such a great teacher!
