Last week, Mr. Gibson’s art class had a final project for their term on the watercolor technique. They were given one week to create a project on watercolor paper that was uniquely their own. Some of the projects featured flowers, cactuses, dancers etc. Each one was made with compassion and style of their very own.

Through everyone’s creativity, the wall out front of Mr. Gibson’s classroom is now colorful with many types of watercolor techniques. It seems incredible how much creativity is shown through all types of art projects. When students discover a new art technique, the appreciation for past artists grow. Those students now have more appreciation for artists who have used watercolors in the past. Hooray for art!
