Pack time is a great way to get your energy out by running around in the gym, watching a movie in the theater or getting your homework done. This 25-minute break between classes is amazing.

This week the SFJHS Girls Tennis Team competed at the district tournament. We want to congratulate the girls on a great season and announce their tournament results:

Spanish Fork Jr. FFA did an awesome job at Snow College on Tuesday this week!! 4 of our members on the livestock team won the contest, competing against over 200 high school students from across the state.

Just last weekend, the Spanish Fork Junior High Shakespeare team went down to Cedar City to perform their acts in front of Utah's best judges. Our junior high competed against many others from all around Utah.
It was time for students to run the mile again in Coach Carlson's PE classes today.
These students had some very impressive times and their hard work in classes is really starting to show.
The top mile times for Coach Johnson's Classes were as follows!
We have some fast runners at SFJHS!
Coach Johnson's Body Conditioning class took a "sweet" run to Sip N' for their workout on Thursday.
The students were able to get a treat if wanted after the jog down the hill. Adney Reid, Landon Leatherwood and Hezekiah Skaggs enjoy their drinks on the way back to school!
Sideline Football was a new sport introduced in Advanced PE this week. This looks like it will be a staple at our school in the future.
Four-4 square and Spike-ball were both very competitive this week as well!
