Parents, Students, and Friends -
GIRLS WHO CODE CLUB
Mrs. Mendonsa will be hosting a Girls Who Code gathering during Pack Time on Thursdays. Talk to Mrs. Mendonsa for more information.
SPORT PHYSICALS
In order to speed the process of qualifying for fall sports, check out http://sfjhs.nebo.edu/Athletics for the required physical forms. These need to be completed prior to sports meeting attendance.
CROSS COUNTRY MEETING
There will be a cross country information meeting after school on August 23rd in Room 26 (Miss Brooks’ classroom).
PTA
Our next meeting with be held on Friday, September 7th at 9am, check in at the main office.
Also, due to issues with Venmo, we can no longer accept Venmo payments, but do have a Paypal account (sfjhspta [at] gmail.com). Please consider supporting our school through the efforts of the PTA - we love parents!
GIRLS’ TENNIS
On Wednesday, August 29th there will be a Girls’ Tennis Meeting in room 29 (Sr. Moss' Classroom) from 2:45-3:15 P.M.
PICTURE PACKETS
Will go out on Wed, August 22nd. Picture day is Friday, August 24th
PHYSICAL EDUCATION
The PE Department will be monitoring the air quality each morning to start the day until the fires are out. They plan on being outside as much as possible but will come in if needed. Anything above 120 on the air quality scale and they will be inside for that day.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
Next week we will begin After School Clubs! We will have a Catch Up Club daily in the mornings before school 7:00 am to 7:50 am. After school we meet 2:45 pm to 4:15 pm. Applications are in the Library Hall across from the Lobo den.
We will have:
Tuesday - Magic the Gathering, Dungeons and Dragons, and Chess
Wednesday - German Club
Thursday - Magic the Gathering, Dungeons and Dragons, and Improv
Friday - Meditation Club
There is also the Musical and Shakespeare club, more info coming soon

INTRAMURALS
Flag Football intramurals begin on Tuesday, August 28th –Sept. 6th. Games are held at 2:50 pm on the Field by the tennis courts. We will play every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 1 hour. Sign up your team of 7 today with Coach Johnson/Carlson! Hope to see you there!! Talk to Coach Johnson or Coach Carlson with any questions.
