The Spanish Fork High School Marching Band took first place out of ten bands in class 1A and also won Best Percussion, Best Colorguard, Best Overall Music and Best Overall Visual. Three members of the high school marching band are students at SFJHS: Lindsey Deveraux, Sarah Herman, and Jeffrey Sass. Three members the color guard are also from SFJHS: Heidi Froelich, Sierra Steele, and Chloe Phillips. This is the first time in school history that this program has swept all awards! The competition took place on Saturday, September 29 at the Bridgerland Band Invitational at Utah State University.
