Animal Science and Agriculture Science students went to Goga on Friday February 28th.  Goga is the shortened name of “Goat yoga,” a type of yoga that is said to combine the benefits of animal therapy and yoga by practicing yoga with goats.

Students were able to participate in a yoga class and then hang out with goats. Goats are used because of their funny behaviors and love of humans. Many people have taken an interest in goat yoga as both mental and physical therapy.
