Relay Race Helps Social Studies Students Show Their Understanding

Submitted by david.thacker on

SFJHS teachers know that engagement is key to understanding.  Mrs. Shea Harmer wanted her students to understand how important the agricultural products of the New World were to the European continent during the age of exploration and be able to recognize those items.  After students studied the foods, they were able to show their knowledge in a very unique way.

Submitted by david.thacker on

On Friday, September 28th, our Cross Country team hosted our 4th meet of the season!  We had three schools participate with us, Diamond Fork, Mt. Nebo, and Mapleton. For the girls heat we had Mapleton pull off the win, and for the boys heat, Mapleton also took the win.  We had a turnout of over one hundred boys and girls attend our home Cross Country meet. We hope that our Lobos will continue to do their very best and improve through the rest of the season.
