Mr. Mortensen will be our new dean of students next year. We asked him to introduce himself and this is what he had to say:
"Hello Students & Faculty! My name is Mr. Mortensen (some call me “Morty") and I have been assigned to be the new Dean of Students at SFJHS! I’m excited to get to know all of you and looking forward to a great year ahead!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Online Registration
We want to make you aware beginning this year, registration will take place online for all grades and schools throughout Nebo School District. We hope you find the process to be clear, simple and convenient. The online registration for Spanish Fork Junior High will be available starting July 31, 2017.
Mr. Cook will be new to Spanish Fork Junior High next year and will be in the counseling department. We asked Mr. Cook to introduce himsellf and this is what he had to say:
"Here is some info about me:
1. I was born in Provo, Utah and grew up in Lake Shore Utah.
2. I graduated from Spanish Fork High School and later Snow College and Weber State.
3. I like watching sports in my spare time, especially College Football and College Basketball.
4. I like going to movies and one of my favorite movies is "What about Bob?"
Ms. Christensen will be new to Spanish Fork Junior High next year and will be teaching English. We asked Ms. Christensen to introduce herself and this is what she had to say:

Mrs. Mendonsa will be new to Spanish Fork Junior High next year and will be teaching science. We asked Mrs. Mendonsa to introduce herself and this is what she had to say:
"My name is Heather Mendonsa and I am excited to be teaching 7th and 8th grade science this year. I graduated from BYU after majoring in Elementary Education. This is my sixth year teaching in public school. I also taught preschool for four years so I will be a familiar face to some. I am married and have five children. I have taught two of them so far.
