Mr. Cloward will be our Foods teacher this year. We asked Mr. Cloward to introduce himself and this is what he had to say:
Bronco is from Grantsville, Utah and is an alumni of Brigham Young University where he majored in Family and Consumer Sciences Education. He teaches 8th Grade FACS Exploration—Foods and 9th Grade Foods and Nutrition. He spends his summers working as the Executive Chef of Waters Edge Lodge in Elfin Cove, Alaska. He is a certified Serve Safe food service manager. Previously receiving training through the National Restaurant Associations Pro-Start program and attending culinary school through Salt Lake Community College.
Bronco and his wife Kaela met while working together in Alaska. Together they love cooking, playing games, swimming, and eating at restaurants.
