What type of Jr. High school student where you?

I was a smart student who didn’t always apply herself to be her best version. Sometimes I would get busy with sports, and sometimes I’d get a bit lazy. I got decent grades, but they could have been better with more discipline. I was a social jock who loved PE, English, and art.

What’s the craziest thing that ever happened to you in the classroom?  Either as a student or as a teacher

I have strong bones. For all of the sports I have played, I have only broken one finger in basketball and one toe playing volleyball. That being said, about 10 years ago, I was coming out of the faculty lounge when a 7th grader running down the hall totally took me out! I didn’t swear, and I didn’t drop the Chromebook I was holding, but the collision broke a finger and a hand bone. I was being observed about 10 minutes after the accident, and people watched me teach while I held a dripping ice bag. My finger is still bent from the collision!

If you could only watch one TV show for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Survivor. I’d love to be on Amazing Race, but I’d watch survivor.
