I was just a normal kid. I participated in Choir and Drama. I also played softball.
What’s the craziest thing that ever happened to you in the classroom? Either as a student or as a teacher
In high school, I was on the yearbook staff. During my 9th grade year, we had a substitute one day in class. I pretended I was a deaf student who could read lips, but could only sign. The rest of the class played along. The poor sub was so impressed that whole class could learn to sign, and he even commented on this to our teacher. I bet you can guess what happened when our teacher returned.
