FFA—Teaching the Next Generation

Spanish Fork Junior High FFA Members

At Harward Farms in Springville, Spanish Fork Junior High FFA Students helped manage 600 exuberant second graders through rotating stations, teaching them about what life on a farm is really like.

 This is a program sponsored by Utah County Farm Bureau and local farmers.  Stations included soil conservation, water, beef cattle, dairy cattle, bees/honey, wool/sheep industry and food safety and nutrition.

Students who participated were: Kynlie Wride, Daisy Farr, Emma Strauss, Ty Williams, Mary Evans, Paisley Silva, Sydney Jensen, Mckylie Ivie, Boone Coombs, Tag Coombs, Auston Applegate, Kaitlyn Cloward, Cody Barratt, Jack Fry, Ryker Koyle, Amber Terry, Oaklie Youd, Danny Knight, Brooklyn Christofferson, and Laityn Kelsey.
