My name is Ms. Stevens and I am so excited to teach Math 8 this year! I grew up in American Fork, Utah and studied mathematics education at BYU, where I got both my bachelor's and master's degrees (go cougs!). I love math, traveling, playing piano, and playing Legend of Zelda video games. I am a big fan of Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and most things Disney. Most importantly, I firmly believe sriracha mayo is the greatest condiment in the world.
This is my first year teaching and I cannot wait to get started. My goal is not to make every student love math the way I do, but to help students not be afraid of mathematics or let it stop them from achieving their goals.
