Tiana Prestwich

My name is Tiana Argyle Prestwich and I will be teaching 8th grade health this year. I grew up in Santaquin, Utah and am the the second oldest of five children. My husband and I both graduated from Payson High School. I enjoyed my schooling experience and believe that it helped me become the person I am today and want to be able to be a part of that experience with others.

After high school I began my studies at UVU. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to be a teacher. I come from a long line of educators and have a passion for teaching. Throughout my life I have been very active and involved in many sports including; dance, swim team, track, gymnastics and cross country. I broke 5 school records at Payson High and placed at state in the 300 meter hurdles. The love that I had for physical education pushed me to teach others how to stay healthy and be active.

I think that health is very much connected to happiness and my goal is to help those around me to be happy.

I want to see my students be their best selves and learn how to become happier through learning how to keep their bodies healthy. I am so excited for this coming year. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I am always happy to help!
