David Dean and Aubri Kirchner were recently selected as Spanish Fork Junior High Lobo Leaders for term 3.  These two stellar young people exemplify all four pillars of the Lobo Way.

They strengthen the pack as they positively contribute in class, in school, and in the community.  They see the good in others and build confidence in themselves and those they meet.  They respect and encourage individual strengths.

They are finding their voice as they pursue and explore new opportunities, dare to share their experiences, beliefs, and ideas, and discover who they are through meaningful, creative experiences.

They actively forgive others and themselves and accept that life and learning can be difficult.  They use mistakes as a learning opportunity to grow and improve.  They reflect on their work and identify strengths and areas for growth.  They give honest feedback to others and accept feedback when it is given

Learning to learn with passion is another strength David and Aubri exemplify.  They cultivate a love for learning, pursue challenges for self-improvement, ask questions to discover and make personal connections, and construct their own learning and know when to follow established paths.

Congratulations David and Aubri, and thank you for your example.
