What Ninth-Graders Want From Winter Break

Freshmen in Mrs. Nielsen’s English class are excited for Winter Break.  Here is a sampling of what they’re looking forward to most.

Ally Jones  says “Sleeping in and family time!”

Tremaine Lomax want to “Playing video games until I’m sick.”  Hummmm.  Really Tremaine?  Until you’re sick?

Malachi Teodosio  is excite because, “I’m getting a Nintendo Switch!”

Trevor Stephens has just one thing on his mind—“Sleeping!”

Brian Gunyan has an unusual activity in mind.  HE’s looking forward to “Rolling around in the soon to be, hopefully, possibly, maybe snow.”

Jayden Seamons likes the simple things:  NO SCHOOL!

And finally, Jeff Sass is taking his cue from Buddie the Elf: “First we’ll make snow angels for two hours, then we’ll go ice skating, then we’ll eat a whole roll of Tollhouse Cookie-dough as fast as we can, and then we’ll snuggle.”
