Last Friday, Sept. 25th, the Lobos competed in a cross country meet at Mapleton Junior High. They ran against both Salem, and Mapleton Junior High Schools. The weather was perfect, and the competitors ran fast. The course was one mile and a half. The Mapleton girls had an outstanding race, having multiple girls taking the lead. On the other hand, our Lobo boys team crushed the competition. Ryan Olsen took first place, and Ben Clayson came in third. Congratulations to all of our Lobo runners for an excellent race!

It is your first day of work at Catwalk magazine, a dream come true. You are starting out as a lowly editorial assistant, but if you're patient and enthusiastic, then maybe one day you'll be flying off to Milan and Paris to check out the latest collections.
Covid-19 has changed many lives. The way we do things in going back to school is no exception. Spanish Fork Junior High School, and many other schools in and out of the district, as well as schools throughout the country, have had to change the setup and organization of how things are done during the school day.
Remember to show your work!

Here is a list of my top mile runners by class period. If you see them around, tell them how great they are!
This week, Coach Johnson’s students ran the mile with some impressive results. The fastest student to cross the finish line was Dallin Manning with an incredible time of 5:40. Great job to all those students that completed this. We have some fast students here at SFJH!
