Seventh graders in Mrs. Thacker's 1st semester FACS Exploration class used their newly learned sewing skills to sew teddy bears for Dolls of Hope.

- Fabric marking techniques
- Hand embroidering a split stitch
- Hand-stitching a whip stitch or blanket stitch to applique
- Sewing curves
- Pivoting to sew different angles
- Clipping and notching angles and curved seams
- Hand-stitching a ladder stitch
