First Day of School

After their get-to-know-you activity, Mariah’s math teacher told all of the students to shake hands with everyone else in the classroom.  Mariah was wondering how many handshakes occurred in her 30-student class.  Can you help her?

 

Cross Country

There will be a Spanish Fork Lobo cross country information meeting Tuesday, August 25th at 2:45 in the boy's gym. If you are wanting to run cross country or just learn more about it, please attend.

7th Grade Day and SFJHS Open House – Tuesday, August 18th

All 7th graders are invited to attend 7th Grade Day on Tuesday, August 18th from 9:00-11:00 a.m. You will have the opportunity to attend an orientation assembly, go to each of your classes, meet your teachers and practice opening your lockers. Busing will not be provided so please plan your own transportation as needed. Later that same day from 1:00-3:00 p.m. there will be an Open House for students of all grades and their parents/guardians. Teachers will be in their rooms and available to answer any questions you may have.

Starting the School Year Right

Jaimie Dannelly, new to the Spanish Fork Junior High English Department, starts the school year right by winning two (yes two) drawings at the UEA ice cream social held August 4, 2015 in Springville.  Way to go, Jaimie! We welcome you and your Lobo Luck to the best faculty around!

School Community Council

Congratulations to Tristan Bowman who read 100 books this year to become the top-reading member of The Thompson Twenty! Every year Mrs. Thompson challenges her students to read as many books outside of class as they can.
