My name is Tiana Argyle Prestwich and I will be teaching 8th grade health this year. I grew up in Santaquin, Utah and am the the second oldest of five children. My husband and I both graduated from Payson High School. I enjoyed my schooling experience and believe that it helped me become the person I am today and want to be able to be a part of that experience with others.
I am originally from Kansas City, Missouri, but have absolutely fallen in love with the mountains of Utah. I studied both English Education and Spanish at Southern Utah University, and teach 8th grade ELA. I developed a passion for Spanish and multicultural education while serving a full-time mission in Guatemala.
I'm excited to be a first year teacher! I'm from California and I just graduated from BYU in April with a bachelors in Math Education. I will be teaching Secondary Math 1. I completed my student teaching at BYU teaching ninth grade and I'm excited to be in ninth grade again. I really enjoy helping students to understand the concepts of math and will try my best to help each student individually in their learning.
