Submitted by alesha.lemmon on Thu, 07/25/2019 - 09:59

My name is Melynn Jackson and I’ll be teaching Secondary Math 1 and Math 7 this school year. I was raised on a cattle farm in Benjamin and now I live in Santaquin with my husband and our daughter. My daughter (Nora) is 5 months old and probably the most smiley, easy going baby I’ve known. I absolutely adore her and could talk about her all day if I could.

New Counselor Spotlight - Mrs. Sharman Brown

Submitted by alesha.lemmon on Fri, 07/05/2019 - 14:57

My name is Mrs. Brown and I am the new school counselor.  Before coming here to Spanish Fork Junior High (go Lobos!), I worked at Maple Mountain High School, and before that, I did almost 20 years at the Court.  There, I was the victim coordinator for the juvenile court.  This is where I gained my passion for working with youth and their parents.  I love talking to kids about what their passions are, talking through problems, and working as a team, with parents, to solve problems.  I hope you will find that I will do whatever I can to help you.

Hello! My name is Ms. Eyre, and I am thrilled to be teaching choir at SFJHS! I love choir, and I love teaching. I’ve wanted to be a choir teacher since I was in 7th grade. To be here is a dream come true!

I grew up in Orem, Utah and earned my degree at Brigham Young University. I’ve sung in about 15 choirs over the years and am currently singing with the Cantorum Chamber Choir. Come by my classroom to see when we’re performing!
