Lady Lobos Conquer Springville’s Lady Knights

Submitted by david.thacker on

The semi-finals game was a hard fought battle for the Lady Lobos who took on the Springville Lady Knights. The Lobos offense got off to a slow start; they struggled to get into a rhythm the entire first half. Springville, however, came to play. They were very aggressive and scrappy. The Lady Lobos ended up going into half time down by 2 points.

The season began about a month before school even started and finished in early October. The team practiced every day. There were 12 kids on the team.  Every week the qualifiers determined who would play varsity and who would play JV in the upcoming match or tournament.
