Schedule Changes

Any students needing a schedule change can fill out the Schedule Change Form. The form will be open from Aug 2-9th. If you need to meet with a counselor, please email your counselor to set up an appointment. Class changes will be made without a fee until August 9th. Class changes made between August 10th-18th will require a $5 class change fee and a teacher signature. Please be aware that one request to move a class could cause a change to your entire schedule.

I will working in the Alternate Day School. I have 6 years teaching experience. I was a volunteer firefighter for 7 years. I enjoy anything outdoors. I look forward to meeting all of you this coming school year

Introducing Mrs. Graciela Bartholomew

I am Maestra Bartholomew. I teach Spanish. I enjoy cooking, hiking, backpacking, fishing, traveling and spending time with my family. I love watching my kids perform and play sports I have four children. I am from Mexico. I have lived in Utah for 30 years and I still can’t get used to the snow! I love popcorn, sushi and Mexican cuisine. I am not good at pickleball but I like playing for fun. My favorite season is summer and I truly enjoy gardening.

Introducing Ms. Ashlynn Holley

My name is Ms. Holley and I'm excited to be teaching math this year! I was born and raised in Washington State, so I love the rain and green trees! I also lived in Russia for a bit and can speak Russian. I enjoy playing sports including soccer, basketball, softball, football, ultimate frisbee, skiing, and more! I love spending time outside, whether it be hiking in the mountains or planting flowers in my yard. I also can sit down for hours putting together jigsaw puzzles.

Introducing Mrs. Rachel Jorgenson

I am a recent BYU master's graduate in Mathematics Education. I will be teaching 8th grade math. I actually student taught at SFJH with Maddie Anderson a couple years ago under Jen Fong, so I am excited to be back! I grew up in Oregon, between Portland and Mt. Hood, so I love the green, and spring is my favorite season in Utah. I speak Spanish with an Ecuadorian lilt from having lived there for a year and a half.

Introducing Mr. Kevin Lovell

Mr. Kevin Lovell has been involved in music for most of his life. From an early age, he would go to his grandfather's band room and play instruments. Since deciding to pursue a degree in Instrumental Music Education from Brigham Young University, he has taught at both Springville High School and Salem Hills High School. His primary instrument is the trombone, but he will regularly play other instruments as well for fun and to improve his teaching.
